Frequently asked questions
Before taking the plunge, it’s normal to have a few questions. Here we answer the ones our clients ask most often.
The sensation varies from person to person and depends on the placement. It's generally described as a bearable discomfort. Our artists and piercers are trained to keep any discomfort to a minimum.
It's important to be well hydrated, to have eaten, to avoid alcohol and drugs the day before and on the day itself, and to wear comfortable clothing that gives easy access to the area being worked on.
We'll give you detailed aftercare instructions specific to your tattoo or piercing. Following them is essential for proper healing and for keeping the artwork looking its best.
The price depends on the size and complexity of the tattoo design, the placement of the piercing and the materials used. We'll give you a clear quote during your consultation.
We recommend booking an appointment for tattoos and piercings to make sure our artists and piercers are available. However, we can sometimes take on consultations or small pieces without an appointment, depending on availability.
